Terms of Service

Last drafted: August 2026

These terms govern your use of buyers-brief.com and the vehicle buyer's agent services provided by Buyer's Brief ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Niko Paspalaris. By submitting a Buyer's Brief intake form, you agree to these terms.

The service

Buyer's Brief is a vehicle buyer's agent service. We research the market on your behalf, prepare a brief with vehicle options and pricing context, and — if you choose to proceed — negotiate with a dealer on your behalf for a specific vehicle you approve.

No obligation until you approve a fee

Submitting an intake form and receiving your brief is free and creates no obligation to pay. You are only charged a fee once you (1) select a specific vehicle, (2) approve our quoted fee in writing for that vehicle, and (3) the purchase closes. If you decide not to move forward at any point before a purchase closes — including after negotiations have started — no fee is due.

What we don't do

We do not buy, sell, hold, or take title to any vehicle. We do not sign financing or purchase paperwork on your behalf — you sign all financing and purchase documents directly with the dealer or your lender. We are not a licensed dealer and this is not a dealership.

No guaranteed savings

We aim to create more value through pricing, negotiation, and avoided add-ons than the cost of our service, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific savings outcome.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your intake form, including accurate trade-in details, and to communicate promptly so we can act on your behalf effectively once a fee is approved.

Fees are not compensated by dealers

We do not accept payment or compensation from dealers. Our fee comes from you, the client, only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. While Buyer's Brief is based in Jacksonville, FL, vehicle sourcing isn't limited to Florida — we may research and negotiate vehicles located out of state as part of your brief.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The "last drafted" date above reflects the most recent revision.
